Peloton Expanding Plano Operations

          Leading fitness firm Peloton has announced plans to expand its presence in Plano according to a Tyler Morning Telegraph article written on December 9th. In it they say: 

“. . .the leading interactive fitness platform, today announced it is adding 103,750 square feet of space to its Peloton Plano Campus. The additional space allows the company to significantly expand its current business presence and supports Peloton’s plans to bring up to 1,600 more jobs in a variety of corporate functions and experience levels to the North Texas location.” 

          Apart from expanding their office, they plan to hire more people in the Plano area according to a Dallas Morning New article published on December 9th. In it they say: 

“The expansion will allow Peloton to hire up to 1,600 more employees over five years for the Plano office, which already had hundreds of workers.

‘Our new building at Legacy Central helps our goal to be the best place to work and will be reflective of our collaborative culture,’ David Deason, senior vice president of real estate at Peloton, said in a statement.”

           The only other Legacy Center is the one in New York, indicating that this Plano expansion is something serious and special to the firm, and will be bringing more jobs to Plano.
