Memorial Day is right around the corner and there are a ton of things you can do to celebrate here in Plano. You can check out D-magazine’s list of activities for Memorial Day weekend in an article from May 25th. In it they say:

That being said, maybe you have your own Memorial Days plans. In that case, you may want to double-check what’s going to be open and what’s going to be closed for the holiday in a Dallas Morning News article from May 26th. In it they say:
“Memorial Day marks the unofficial start of summer, and while the city of Plano will hold no official event for the holiday, a number of city will be closed or operating at reduced hours.
The modified schedules and closures in Plano are listed below.”
Memorial Day is a huge holiday, but some businesses treat it as a day-off so staff may happily partake in festivities, while others stay open for the extra business. best to make sure no holiday closures ruin your plans.
